Salem Free Church - Our sister church in the Powderhorn community has many opportunities to serve immigrants and the poor, ongoing.

The goal of Community Outreach at First Evangelical Free Church is to exalt God and make a positive impact in our communities for the kingdom. We desire to both declare and demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ by providing practical support and acts of service for our neighbors and other local communities in need. Community Outreach at FEFC should provide opportunities for all in the church body to be meaningfully involved in service and evangelism in our communities. 
 
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."      Acts 1:8 
 
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.     Hebrews 10:24
