| Birthday Bag Blitz Cheerful Givers | At your convenience | Fill the bags at home, and deliver them to a local shelter or food shelf. | Your family can host a Birthday Bag Blitz to provide birthday gift bags for less fortunate children. Birthday bags are assembled by placing 8-10 items in each gift bag. Directions for assembling birthday bags can be found on the Cheerful Givers website, http://www.cheerfulgivers.org/get-involved/birthday-bag-instructions/. This is a unique, fun activity for all ages! Your family or group will provide gift bags and new toys for children ages 3-12 and deliver bags to a nearby shelter or food shelf, http://www.cheerfulgivers.org/get-involved/shelters-and-food-shelves/. All Cheerful Givers requires is that you let them know how many birthday bags you filled and where you donated them. What is the first thing you would want to do when you arrive at your new home? For many Aeon residents it is as simple as taking a shower and washing the few clothes they own. Unfortunately, many residents arrive with neither toiletries nor the money to purchase them.
