Clothes Corner – 8:30am – Noon Tuesdays
We sort donated clothing, setting up, greeting, serving coffee, providing refreshments, doing sharing time. Many of the volunteers being Latinos who have lately come to Salem. Many of our volunteers are getting older and have had health troubles lately, so this is an area where volunteers are appreciated. The community people who come to Clothes Corner (10:00 am to 12:00) are a diverse group of neighborhood people. Lately I our customers are 60% Latinos. We have “story time” in English and Spanish.

Thursday Night Activities
Help prepare meals for the community to be served at 7:30pm. Other volunteer opportunities may be available to help during the evening.
