The goal of the neighborhood concert is to cultivate relationships with neighbors and friends.  It will allows others to get to know who we are.  It is placed during the week of VBC such that local families can be made aware of this event.  We are looking to close off 52nd street and create a fun, family friendly environment.  We will host several music groups as part of the program, as well as serve hot dogs, snacks and ice cream.

The event runs from 6:30-8:30

Possible service opportunities:

Food Servers (8 needed) Arrive at 6:00 to set up.  Clean up when done.                      
Contact Person:

Set-up team (6 Needed) - Arrive at 4:30PM to set up inflatables, tables, sound crew arrives earlier.

Music Team (3-4 artists/bands needed) - Communicate with artists about schedule, products they may sell, and expectations.

Crowd control/security: (4 needed) - Arrive at 5:30 for assignments

Promotional Material (3 needed) - Contact immediate neighbors to let them know of the upcoming party.  One person to create an invite piece, others to distribute.
